Skye Hotel Ridgetown

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services, accommodations, and facilities provided by Skye Hotel Ridgetown (“Hotel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By making a reservation, checking in, or using our services, guests agree to comply with these Terms.


1. Reservations & Check-In

  • All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • A valid government-issued ID and physical credit card is required at check-in.
  • Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM, unless otherwise stated.
  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available at an additional charge and subject to availability.

2. Payment Policy

  • Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.
  • The Hotel accepts major credit cards and approved payment methods only.
  • All charges are subject to applicable taxes and service fees.
  • The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Cancellation policies vary depending on the rate and booking type.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the check-in time (3:00 PM) on the day of arrival.
  • Guests must cancel within the specified time frame to avoid penalties.
  • Failure to cancel or no-shows may result in full or partial charges of the reservation.

4. Guest Conduct

  • Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other guests.
  • The Hotel reserves the right to remove any guest engaging in unlawful, disruptive, or unsafe behavior without refund.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in non-smoking areas. Cleaning fees may apply for violations.

5. Damage & Liability

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.
  • The Hotel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
  • We retain found items for 30 days.
  • Guests are advised to use in-room safes where available.

6. Children & Extra Occupancy

  • Children are welcome when accompanied by an adult.
  • Additional charges may apply for extra guests beyond room occupancy limits.
  • Cribs are subject to availability.

7. Pets Policy

  • Maximum number of pets: 2 per room.
  • Service pet: Free of charge (valid proof required).
  • Pet fees: 25$ per night, maximum 150$ per stay
  • If a pet-friendly room is not available: A cleaning fee of $100 will apply.
  • Pet policies vary by room type and availability.
  • Unauthorized pets may result in additional cleaning fees or removal from the property.

8. Parking & Transportation

  • Parking may be available on-site or nearby, subject to availability.
  • The Hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles or contents.

9. Force Majeure

  • The Hotel is not liable for failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies.

10. Privacy Policy

  • Guest information is collected and used in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
  • Personal data will only be used for reservation, service improvement, and legal compliance purposes.

11. Amendments

  • The Hotel reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
  • Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable federal laws of Canada.
